Life & Legacy Counselors will assist with the probate process. After a loved one has passed away, if there are any assets in his or her name, it may be necessary to take legal action to transfer the property out of the decedent’s name.
The Probate process is directed by the Last Will and Testament. If there is no Will the laws of intestacy direct the distribution of any assets. Probate is different in each state and is overseen by the Court.
