Olivia Williams

Olivia is a legal drafter for Life and Legacy Counselors. She was born and still resides in Cape Town, South Africa. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB degree) at the University of the Western Cape in 2018. While studying she became involved in Sports and served as the Chairperson of the University's Sports Council for two years.After university, she completed her Articles of Clerkship (Practical vocational training for attorneys) at Fairbridges Wertheim Becker (the oldest law firm in Africa) and qualified as an Attorney. After completing her articles she worked as a legal researcher doing market mapping for companies wanting to do entry within Africa. In addition to the aforementioned, she worked as a Legal Officer for a retail company and assisted with various departments.

She is currently completing her Masters Degree (part-time) in Environmental law. In her personal capacity and outside her legal framework, she serves as a public officer for an NPO in a South African township, which aims at educating and uplifting children through sport. She was a decorated athlete having competed provincially (for her state) in the Sport of Boxing. She remains active in sports and is a part-time personal trainer. Olivia is very family orientated and enjoys outdoor activity. Moreover, she is enjoys helping and uplifting others and doing community work.
